1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and StartConsole ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the StartConsole website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

StartConsole operates on a subscription basis. This section outlines our refund and cancellation terms.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing month.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plan subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date if they have not materially used the platform. After 14 days, no refunds are issued. Early cancellation of an annual plan does not entitle the subscriber to a pro-rated refund of the remaining term.

Enterprise Plans

Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise agreements are governed by the individual contract signed between StartConsole and the customer. Please refer to your contract or contact us directly.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or platform unavailability exceeding our stated SLA, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To submit a request, contact us at using our contact page at startconsole.com/contact.
